Please introduce yourself briefly.
Hello, I’m Kim Dong-hyuk, currently overseeing the Cloud Native Delivery Center (CNDC) at Acronsoft.The CND Center provides comprehensive services for companies, covering the entire solution spectrum—from cloud adoption design to operations management.
The Cloud Native Delivery Center (CNDC) was launched last April. Could you explain the CND Center for those hearing about it for the first time?
The Cloud Native Delivery Center (CNDC) is a dedicated center that supports customers in transitioning to cloud-native environments. We provide comprehensive consulting, implementation, operations, and management services across multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments. Our offerings include the design of MSA (Microservices Architecture), SaaS transformation and development, DevOps services, CI/CD pipeline setup, and integrated management and monitoring.
Through these services, we help customers create a more efficient environment, allowing them to focus on and specialize in their core business operations.
It’s been about six months since the launch of the CNDC. How have customers responded to the services so far?
Over the past six months, the CND Center has provided a variety of services to our customers. Many companies that struggled with cloud adoption and operations due to a lack of proper solutions have reached out to us. Through our integrated one-stop service—from consulting to operations—we have been able to offer tailored solutions that meet the specific needs and situations of each client, allowing them to fully leverage the potential of the cloud.
We have received particularly positive feedback from startups and small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs), which often face constraints in securing the necessary talent and technology.
There are many MSP companies in Korea. What sets Acronsoft's MSP apart?
While there are many MSP providers in Korea, Acronsoft stands out by offering a PaaS-based MSP model. Most MSPs provide support at the infrastructure level, but we deliver services that cover the entire lifecycle—from designing and developing cloud applications to their operation—through a PaaS (Platform as a Service) approach.
A key differentiator is our integrated platform, such as Cocktail Cloud, which supports automated development pipeline management, workload optimization, and maximizes the efficiency of cloud resource operations. This allows customers to not only adopt the cloud seamlessly but also overcome complex operational challenges more easily.
As a PaaS-based MSP, Acronsoft goes beyond simple technical support by providing an application development environment tailored to meet each customer’s business needs. This ensures that customers can operate their own applications smoothly in the cloud. Based on your experience operating the MSP, what are the future goals of the CND Center?
One key insight is that each customer’s goals and needs are different, which makes a customized approach essential.
Moving forward, the CND Center aims to provide solutions optimized to meet the specific goals of our customers. The market is already shifting from DX (Digital Transformation) to AX (AI Transformation, with an emphasis on Application Experience), and customer needs are constantly evolving. Our goal is to respond quickly to cloud trends and offer tailored, optimal solutions for each client.
Ultimately, the CND Center aspires to establish itself as a solutions partner that supports customers' business innovation, ensuring they can thrive in a dynamic environment.
